I don’t agree AT ALL.
Samsung is widely recognized as one of the best TV producers, especially Plasmas, which are the best TVs.
Been using Samsungs for years and never had any problem whatsoever. A Plasma Samsung won’t have any kind of problems and last for years with perfectly.
I don’t care about LCDs or LEDs since I have no reason to opt for an inferior TV (which may actually cost more)
So yeah, Samsungs are no just “cheap junk”.

thats a lil thing we call dead pixels your tv has done what my philips
all thats happened is the pixels can no longer change colour and have fixed on a black image or constant changing image in brightness lets just say a game like bioshock many variations of brightness that the pixels have to change to.
and what happens is they just give in its a lcd and plasma defect that happens mainly because of flashing images or rapidly changing images

weird because my 4 year old samsung doesnt have any issues. same goes for my 360. well to be honest i had to send it in once for RROD and ive played the shit out of that console. i cant say the same for my ps3. i had to send it in 3 times. once for power failure and twice for bluray failure. one of those consoles with the BD failure had the video go completely black but you can still hear the sound.
